A black lacquer top console table with 8 brass legs. The maker and designer of this table are unknown, but it was bought with another black lacquer and brass piece that had a Maurice Villency label. Maurice Villency is a high-end furniture shop in New York that I believe imported some pieces from France. In my opinion, this console is more than likely French. It is a very well made and solid piece and condition is consistent with its age.

Lots of small scratches on the top. The top is glossy so these are visible when you look straight down on the piece. The brass legs have some marks but are in overall good condition.
