Shipping is now quoted for every single product. Once you add a piece to your cart you will see two shipping quotes. One is for white glove delivery and the other is for freight shipping.
UK and Ireland:
We can do some deliveries in the UK and Ireland using our own van. We are in the UK approximately every 3 to 4 weeks doing deliveries and we can offer special rates if you are prepared to wait for our next delivery run. If you require an item sooner than one of our scheduled runs then we can send it using one of our trusted shipping partners. Worldwide White glove delivery:
Typically how white this works is that we will find a local removal company in your area and we will ship your item to them and then instruct them to deliver the piece to you. They will organise a delivery time with you and they will place the piece in your home. I would recommend this service to people who are having an item delivered to an office block or apartment that is within the city limits. I would also suggest that if you opt for this service and you have any recommendations for a local service that you or a friend have used in the past then please let us know and we will go with your recommendation.
Freight shipping means the piece will be delivered to the front door of your house or building. It might be in either a cardboard box or a wood crate and it will be up to you to get the piece out of the packaging and into your home and it is also up to you to dispose of the packaging. I would recommend this type of shipping to people who live in an area where there is easy access for trucks and maybe a driveway or curb where the piece can be left while unloaded.
Parcel delivery for smaller items:
These items will be mailed by regular mail and typically delivered by your local post office. All items are sent registered mail and must be signed for at the address. All items will have tracking and we will track the item through its journey until we see that it has been delivered. If there is any issue we will follow up until there is a resolution.
Once we have booked the shipping then you can rest assured that communication will be good, the packaging will be excellent and we will stick 100% with the process until we know you are happy.

If it is not to your liking then we will take it back and refund you the purchase price. Only the item cost can be refunded, we cannot refund shipping costs unless the piece arrives badly damaged or if the item is proven to be not as described. All refunds will be made after we have received the item and inspected it.
